Repeat Infringer Policy

AFTERGLO terminates, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers, consistent with 17 U.S.C. § 512(i). Creator accounts that receive multiple substantiated takedown notices will be permanently suspended and associated sequences removed from the marketplace.

Knowingly misrepresenting that material is infringing (or was removed by mistake) may result in liability for damages under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).
